Everything worked out well on that front. My policy won't be renewed due to it sorry to have to go but they gave me at extra notice to shop around."

"Stay away from State Farm. They offer a nice low rate upfront and then they start jacking up the rates. I went from 75 a month with 2 vehicles full coverage. I added a driver and 1 vehicle went to 150 which was understandable but now I’m at 280 and no one can explain why and won’t help. Called around to other companies getting quotes around 190 to 210 for the exact same coverage. And we have no accidents or tickets. I don’t get it."

"Absolutely most disrespectful staff I’ve ever dealt with. Not only where they not knowledgeable about the policy or processes but when I expressed frustration with dealing with State Farm Corporate office one staff member said “well they just do stuff by the books and we don’t here at the office”. The other staff member said “well it’s typical that when we have to call about claims we are on hold for hours, that’s pretty standard in any business”. Do not give your money to these people!!"

"Amy Duncan has worked very hard on our behalf as a go-between for us and corporate while we have worked through the claim process. The process is tedious and takes time, but she is quick to answer questions and help point us in the right direction. Kudos to Amy as well if she does not know the answer to a question, she is not afraid to ask someone else to get us the answers. Thank you Amy for your assistance!"
