"I had a claim within the first year of being with them and their handling of the claim was fast payouts were easy to deal with. They covered a place for me to stay. Everything worked out well on that front. My policy won't be renewed due to it sorry to have to go but they gave me at extra notice to shop around."

"Stay away from State Farm. They offer a nice low rate upfront and then they start jacking up the rates. I went from 75 a month with 2 vehicles full coverage. I added a driver and 1 vehicle went to 150 which was understandable but now I’m at 280 and no one can explain why and won’t help. Called around to other companies getting quotes around 190 to 210 for the exact same coverage. And we have no accidents or tickets. I don’t get it."

"Absolutely most disrespectful staff I’ve ever dealt with. Not only where they not knowledgeable about the policy or processes but when I expressed frustration with dealing with State Farm Corporate office one staff member said “well they just do stuff by the books and we don’t here at the office”. The other staff member said “well it’s typical that when we have to call about claims we are on hold for hours, that’s pretty standard in any business”. Do not give your money to these people!!"
